What CloudBox does

Five things that make cloud storage stop being a mess

Built for people whose photos and files are scattered across three or four accounts.

Unified storage

Every cloud account in one library. Browse photos, videos and documents without switching apps.

Smart upload

CloudBox picks the account with the most free space, so uploads never fail because one drive is full.

Clean & organize

Find duplicate files and oversized videos across every account, then reclaim the space in a few taps.

Secure & private

Official OAuth sign-in for every provider. Your files move between your device and your own accounts.

Access anywhere

Sync status and storage totals at a glance, wherever you are — on Wi-Fi or on the go.

How it works

Connect once, then stop thinking about it

See all your storage in one number

CloudBox adds up every connected account and shows you the total — plus exactly which drive is nearly full and which one still has room.

  • Total used vs. available across all clouds
  • Per-account breakdown with fill level
  • Storage split by photos, videos and documents

Find the duplicates eating your space

The same photo backed up to three different accounts is three times the storage. CloudBox groups duplicates together, keeps the best copy, and shows you exactly how much you'd get back.

  • Duplicate detection across accounts, not just within one
  • "Best to keep" suggestion for every group

FAQ

Questions people ask first

What is CloudBox?

CloudBox is an iOS app that connects all your cloud storage accounts — Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and network drives — into a single, unified library. You can browse every file in one place, see how much space each account has left, find duplicates, and upload new files to whichever cloud has the most room.

Does CloudBox store my files on its own servers?

No. CloudBox connects directly from your device to each cloud provider using their official APIs. Your files are transferred between your device and your own cloud accounts. CloudBox does not upload, copy, or store your file contents on any CloudBox server.

How does CloudBox access my Google Drive?

CloudBox uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 sign-in. You grant access on Google's own consent screen, and the access token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. You can revoke CloudBox's access at any time from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Which cloud providers are supported?

At launch CloudBox supports Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Dropbox, plus network storage (NAS) over standard protocols. More providers are planned based on what people ask for.

Is CloudBox free?

CloudBox will launch with a free tier that lets you connect cloud accounts and browse your unified library. Advanced features such as bulk duplicate cleaning and smart upload rules will be available in a paid upgrade. Final pricing will be published before launch.
